





The Arizona Regional Extension Center (REC) program is a collaboration of the following organizations:
- Arizona Health-e Connection (AzHeC)
AzHeC is the statewide non-profit charged with leading Arizona’s establishment of health information technology (health IT). AzHeC was awarded one of 62 grants distributed nationwide by the Office of the National Coordinator for Health IT (ONC) to form the REC.
- Health Services Advisory Group (HSAG)
HSAG is the Medicare Quality Improvement Organization (QIO) for Arizona, Florida and California. HSAG serves as one of the technical assistance providers to REC members.
- PracticeMax
PracticeMax is a national provider of healthcare informatics and revenue cycle management, including billing, software and consulting for medical practice management and clinical operations. PracticeMax serves as one of the direct technical assistance providers to REC members.
- InTech Health Ventures
InTech Health Ventures is a health care technology solutions company with extensive experience in development, assessment, deployment and optimization of health care applications, including EHRs. InTech serves as one of the technical assistance providers to REC members.
