The Targeted Investments (TI) Program is a strategy of the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) to provide financial incentives to eligible AHCCCS providers to develop systems for integrated care. Many Health Current Participants are actively participating in the TI Program; however, the deadline for new applicants has passed and only accepted applicants are currently participating in the TI Program
For participants to be successful in the Targeted Investments Program, there is a strong focus on participants adopting and using health information technology and securely sharing clinical data in order to improve care coordination, identify and manage patient populations, and develop high risk patient registries. In order to be successful and receive TI financial incentives, participants must meet certain milestones; some milestones are related to health information exchange (HIE) and others are related to other performance measures.
For information on the TI Program and required milestones, please visit the TI Program page on the AHCCCS website here.
