Your Financial Support Helps Improve Access to Advance Directives in Arizona
In 2019, S.B. 1352 was passed to improve access to the statewide Advance Directives Registry (ADR) by moving it to Health Current – Arizona’s non-profit health information exchange (HIE). The new ADR is slated for launch in 2021.
To build the new registry, Health Current called upon numerous end-of-life (EOL) industry leaders from across the state – and they delivered. To date, over 30 passionate EOL partners have donated their valuable time, energy and expertise to help make the new ADR a game-changer in how Arizonans create and use advance directives.
Now we need financial support from community partners like you to help us meet the requirements of grant-matching opportunities to fund the registry.
Your generous support will help improve the EOL experience for individuals and their families by giving healthcare providers the information they need to honor the final wishes of all Arizonans.
