Heath IT Innovation & Health IT Leader Awards
Nominate a Health IT Leader or Health IT Innovator for the 2019 Health IT Awards. These prestigious awards recognize a Health IT leader who demonstrates leadership in the use of health information technology as well as an organization that develops or demonstrates innovative uses of health information technology, both to achieve the Triple Aim of better care, better outcomes and lower costs.
The Health IT Innovation and Health IT Leader of the Year Awards will be presented at the 2019 Health Current Summit & Trade Show on November 14, 2019. The Health IT Innovation Award and the Health IT Leader Awards are non-monetary recognitions of achievement and will be presented during the annual Health Current Summit & Trade Show. All recipients will be recognized through Health Current promotions.
The independent panel of judges will be comprised of healthcare and health IT organizations, community business leaders, and prior HIT Innovation Award recipients. The judging panel will screen all nomination applications received by the deadline and determine that each nominee has met the eligibility requirements and criteria for innovative and interoperable uses of health technology in population health management. The judging panel will then select the awardees by scoring each eligible nominee according to each criteria category.
